Compensated integrability. Applications to the Vlasov–Poisson equation

We extend and improve our analysis of divergence-free positive symmetric tensors (DPT). In particular, we show that the Vlasov–Poison equation for a plasma is eligible for our theory, contrary to the opinion that we expressed in [8].
