On the 150th anniversary of the Blanco judgment, its contribution and mythical nature are still being discussed. However, even if its significance at the time is relative, its important role in the national novel of French administrative law legitimising strong central state power should not be overlooked.

Con ocasión del 150 aniversario del arrêt Blanco seguimos analizando cuál es su aportación. Aunque su alcance en la época fue relativo, no debe pasarse por alto la importancia de su papel en el derecho administrativo francés, legitimando el fuerte poder del Estado central.
